Hey thats awsome. congrats. I wish I had the motivation for this stuff. Me and John are going to sign up for some 5k this summer. Thats so great that you've accomplished this. Now atleast you can say that you've done one.
I really felt a wonderful pride that Joyce could finish such a difficult race. Way to go!!
